Step Block - Fine pitch Hardened & tempered, heat-treated Steel, Blackened. -Due to Fine Pitch steps ease in adjustment, as fine as 1 mm adjustment possible, without sacrificing in rigidity of support. -Can be used along with step strap clamp.

Step Block - Coarse pitch Hardened & tempered, heat-treated Steel, Blackened. -Step of 4.5 mm height, quick setting if height setting is not very critical. -Can be used along with step strap clamp.

Support Height Block -Very useful to support variable clamping height requirement -Avoids dangers & hazardous situations in clamping due to unsuitable support spacers. -Simple movement gives required parallelism & clamping height. -We can get required height by stacking the blocks also if required height is more than maximum block size. -Special rivet head is provided for the location of blocks on one another.

Fine Adjustable Block -To be used along with support height block. -Helps to achieve precise clamping height. -Wedge type construction. -Easy Lifting & lowering. -Can level work pieces up to 200 kgs	;

Floating ball-clamping element. -Helps clamping free of Distortion! -Ball surface available in plain or serrated type. -Work piece supported on flat contact area of floating, hardened Steel ball, which are free to adjust to the job contour within the socket. -The flat surface of the ball readily adapts to the uneven surface of the work piece, hence it avoids strain in clamped position. -Machined surface does not spring back upon the release of the clamping force. -Most useful for unmachined casting & forging surface

Plain Jack. Screw, Nut & Body in medium carbon steel. -Self lock Screw & Nut made in trapezoidal threads for maximum efficiency & load carrying capacity. -Location hole provided to accommodate variety of pads. -Pads come in 4 different shapes.

Wide base Jack. Broad based screw Jack for better stability. -Due to broad base more height of screw jack is allowed. -Height range from minimum 60 mm to maximum 250 is available with this model. NOTE : Separate height adjustment cylinder available for model no aec1305.203, having male & female collar on either end for piling up with screw jack or another Height cylinder.

Pads for the Jack. Designed to support work pieces of different shapes & sizes.

Slim Jack -Use of plain slim barrel diameter helps support in space constraint as well as to go closer to the work piece. -One side Flange Design is used for height up to 200-mm,while double side flange jack for above 200 mm to give better stability to the screw Jack.
